About this deal

Contains illuminating micro-pearls which instantly enlighten the eye area and help to disguise dark circles After using it for 4 weeks, I think I’m in love with it. My under eye area looks so much better. I have less darkness under my eyes. The fine lines appear smaller. My eyes are also less puffy underneath. I’ve been using this eye cream-gel for just over a week, day and night, and while I haven’t noticed any major differences in improvements of skin texture as yet, I do find it a very pleasant eye cream to use. It is hydrating whilst not heavy or occlusive, it’s a delight to apply with its cooling sensation and works well under makeup.

It is very soothing and cool upon application and is even more pleasant if stored in the fridge. The coolness also aids in depuffing of eye baggage. The ultra-light and smoothing eye cream-gel feels fresh upon application and melts onto skin. Infused with three precious seed oils, eye contours are visibly revitalized and look more radiant. Signs of ageing appear reduced, wrinkles appear smoothed, dark circles look visibly faded and bags appear depuffed.Påfør forsigtigt huden omkring øjnene med fingerspidserne. Brug dagligt. Brug en gang om ugen som maske. Før brug, test produktet på et lille område af huden.

I have always been a fan of oils for the skin, probably because my skin is dehydrated, but these are designed for all skin types to use. In the range you have 4 key products and also a face massager which you never knew you needed till you try it. A while ago I had the opportunity to try The Body Shop Oils of Life Eye Cream. This eye cream claims it will help to reduce the appearance of dark circles and wrinkles, help your eye contour to look smoother, and make your eyes look more radiant.A new eye product recently joined The Body Shop’s Oils of Life skincare range – the Oils of Life New Intensely Revitalizing Eye Cream-Gel. One of it’s sister products – the Oils of Life Sleeping Cream– earned itself HG status in my book, so I was super excited to try this new guy out! Read on to find out how it worked for my combination skin. The Body Shop Oils of Life Intensely Revitalizing Eye Cream-Gel It only takes the smallest amount (I’m talking about quart of a pea size) to cover the entire eye area. The formula dries super fast and leaves a completely matte finish to my skin. It doesn’t provide very much in terms of hydration (so I wouldn’t recommend this for dry skin), however it does make my skin area feel very smooth and soft. The biggest downside is that the formula leaves behind a film that ‘rolls off’ when I rub my fingers on my skin. This is an immediate turn-off for me. I like my eye creams to absorb completely, without leaving behind a residue that coats (and possibly even weighs down) the eye area throughout the day. Helps fade dark circles, reduce fine lines and depuff bags to leave the eye contour looking radiant

INGREDIENTS: Aqua, Glycerin, Alcohol Denat., Niacinamide, Dimethicone, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Isononyl Isononanoate, Fagus Sylvatica Bud Extract, Caffeine, Phenoxyethanol, Silica Silylate, Dimethiconol, Carbomer, Xanthan Gum, Chlorphenesin, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil, Camellia Oleifera Seed Oil, Salicylic Acid, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Hydroxide, Nigella Sativa Seed Oil, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-t-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Menthoxypropanediol, Disodium EDTA, Adenosine, t-Butyl Alcohol, Alteromonas Ferment Extract, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Tin Oxide, Tocopherol, Citric Acid, CI 77891, CI 77491, CI 19140. A well-known thing about Caffeine isthat it improves the microcirculation of the blood vessels. Though conventional wisdom and anecdotal evidence says that this property is helpful for dark under-eye circles and puffy eyes, we have to mention that the double-blind research we have found about a 3% caffeine gel concluded that " the overall efficacy of the selected caffeine gel in reducing puffy eyes was not significantly different from that of its gel base." But you know, the proof is in the pudding. As for modern research and chemical composition, the fixed oil from the seeds is richin skin-nourishing unsaturated fatty acids ( mainly linoleic acid at 50 – 60%and oleic acid at 20%, but also contains some rare ones like C20:2 arachidic and eicosadienoic acids), amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. A component called thymoquinone (it's the main component of the volatile oil part, but the fixed oil also contains some) is considered to give the seed its main therapeutic properties including strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory abilities.By infusing three precious seed oils known for their revitalising and repairing properties into an ultra-light and airy smoothing texture, we created the Oils of LifeTM NEW Intensely Revitalising Eye Cream-Gel to revitalise the eye contour and visibly reduce signs of ageing. If facial oil isn’t your thing then the gel could be for you. This isn’t as heavy as the moisturiser in the range and has illuminating micro pearls, so it can be a great one to wear under your make-up. If you don’t like too much moisturiser this one is for you, it’s very lightweight and soft on the skin and has a lovely cooling feeling too.
